Cartly is a grocery delivery service which is currently serving South Asian Community. There is an option to select the store and list of groceries. Once the order is placed our team will be doing and hand pick the groceries and will deliver the groceries.

Due to novel COVID-19 or Carona Virus issue, there is a huge volume of orders. So we are running behind the schedule. We will always try our level best to get the orders fulfilled as soon as we can. Your patience will be appreciated in any difficult times.

The items that are out of stock at the time of packing will not be delivered. This will be a runtime issue, as the grocery stores are retail and the stock keeps moving. The undelivered items will be refunded within 24 hours of the delivery completion.

Yes, you have to be registered with Cartly for viewing the stores, surf and order products or to use any other service of Cartly.

There is no minimum order value. But $35 minimum is needed for availing the first free delivery.

Yes. You can order upto $150

We have a “no questions asked return and refund policy” which entitles all users who have purchased a product on the Site to return the product at the time of delivery if they are not satisfied with the quality of the product. We will take the returned product back with us and grant credit for the value of the returned product, which will be credited to your account on the Site. Such credit shall be available and may be used to pay any subsequent invoice. However, it is clarified that no returns or refunds are permitted after the product purchased has been accepted for delivery.

If you have to cancel your order during the shopping or delivery process, your order total will be refunded. If you are unreachable at the time of delivery, we may cancel your order on your behalf and charge a $15 fee and will refunded remaining amount if paid by credit card. If you have selected Cash on delivery we will be giving a call to confirm if you are at home or not. If the customer is not there for more than 3 times we might not consider delivering further to that address.

Refunds may typically take up to 5-7 business days to process. In some cases your bank may adjust the original charge amount instead of displaying a separate refund.

Yes, there might be some price difference from the store due to some limitations. Especially when it comes to produce and meat counter prices might bit more different. If you notice items that you believe the priced incorrectly or unfairly, please feel free to reach out to us directly. We reserve the right to cancel any items that are priced incorrectly due to error.

Groceries will be delivered by trained Cartly Delivery personnel.

Currently we are having daily delivery during 6:00PM to 9:00PM. Any orders placed before 4:00PM will delivered on the next day. For more info on delivery check About Delivery

Currently in cash when the order is delivered. 100% of the tips will be going to the delivery personnel. As everyone know groceries are heavy if tip is provided to delivery personnel will be happy.

Currently we are not able to accept the external coupons or price matches. However we do frequently have our own coupons, which can be found in different places like in stores we are serving, though e-mails and few other places.

Sorry, we will be accepting only one coupon at a time.

If any, Cartly Cash, in your account will be redeemed automatically during the payment process based on the below stats.
subtotal > $100, $10 will be used from Cartly Cash if available.
subtotal > $50, $5 will be used from Cartly Cash if available.
NOTE : The subtotal is calculated excluding the taxes and including any coupons if applied.

10$ Cartly cash will be received by the customers who are in the same day delivery zone.

Our locations are staffed with packing professionals who take great care in securing your item(s) for shipment.For the customers in zone1,zone2 and zone3 we deliver to the dooor step by the by trained Cartly Delivery personnel.For the Rest of Canada We uphold quality packaging standards for the safe arrival of your item(s) through canada post.

The Handling fee helps support the Cartly platform and covers a broad range of operating costs including shopper operations, insurance, background checks, and customer support.
The handling fee isn’t a tip and doesn’t go to the delivery person
delivering your order.

Handling fees vary and are subject to change based on factors like location and the number and types of items in your cart. You can view the Handling fee total on every order at checkout.
